Gord Harris and the team at Harris Law are thrilled to announce that Alicia Stuart has accepted a new role as a Partner.
“Alicia’s hard work, professionalism, leadership and charisma led to her invitation to become Partner,” explains Gord Harris.
Alicia has been with the firm for over seven years, starting in April of 2010. She completed her Articles under Gord
Harris before she
was called to the Bar in 2013.
She maintains a broad personal injury practice including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, disability and life insurance denials, victim of crime claims, and C.P.P. disability denial claims. She has also represented victims of sexual assault and physical assault at Criminal Injuries Compensati
o
n Board hearings.
As Partner, she will continue to grow her successful practice while also being involved in management decisions and firm direction initiatives.
As President of the Kitchener-Waterloo Business Women’s Association, Alicia engages, promotes, and supports other women involved in their business endeavours around the Region of Waterloo. She also serves as a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Waterloo Law Association.

Alicia is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, where she received the departmental award for distinguished academic achievement in Legal Studies and graduated top of her program, before she obtained her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa.
Alicia was born and raised in Kitchener’s North Ward and now lives with her husband, Mark, in Waterloo, with their two young boys.
